Some family of Seagate F3 drives has specific issue which you wil not see on other families. One of these issues we would like to show today.

Sentosa family is common disk in our technical support department. Drives of this family can have standard problems of Seagate F3 architecture, such as background processes, translator, overfilled G-list.
本次解決方案講解的Sentosa家族的一款普通硬盤數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)案例。這個(gè)家族的硬盤有希捷的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題, 如后臺(tái)進(jìn)程, 編譯器,G表溢出等。
But there is unique problem of Sentosa family.
但是, Sentosa系列有一個(gè)獨(dú)一無二的問題。
When you open the drive in utility you can see following picture:
當(dāng)您在實(shí)用程序中打開驅(qū)動(dòng)器時(shí)，可以看到以下圖片：
Drive shows correct ID, capacity, ready state, but doesn’t allow to read sectors.
驅(qū)動(dòng)器顯示正確的ID，容量，就緒狀態(tài)，但不允許讀取扇區(qū)。
We would like you to pay attention to messages in terminal:
我們希望您注意終端中的消息：
SIM Error 1009 RW Error 00000080
It means that drive has problem with S.M.A.R.T partially with system file 0x017A
這就意味著硬盤系統(tǒng)文件0x017A上的s.m.a.r.t部分存在問題。

This terminal output means that system file 17A is damaged.

File is written and now check the terminal output after power off/on

Drive comes to ready state and doesn’t send error messages in terminal.

Try to read first and last sectors of user data.
嘗試讀取用戶數(shù)據(jù)的第一個(gè)和最后一個(gè)扇區(qū)。
All data is available and we can save it.
