External power v2

With this method you can give external power to reader
Reader will work from 2.5 to 3.3V
With less voltage it will not start

Attention:
1. Can not return reader to previous state with internal power
2. Can destroy reader

Make next steps to attach reader to computer:
1. Turn power off
2. Turn power on
3. Check current is about 0.07A
4. Attach USB cable
5. Check current is about 0.17A. If less reader do not work
