在硬盤(pán)數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)過(guò)程中有時(shí)會(huì)遇到Hitachi ARM硬盤(pán)的編譯器出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題
Sometimes Hitachi ARM drives have problem with translation.
如果您打開(kāi)扇區(qū)編輯器，您可以看到用戶區(qū)域的部分?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)。
If you open Sector editor you can see the only part of users area.

例如，驅(qū)動(dòng)器的LBA共有1 953 525 168個(gè)，但您可以?xún)H在2000萬(wàn)LBA之前查看數(shù)據(jù)。
For example drive have 1 953 525 168 LBAs, but you can see data only before 20 millions LBAs.

這就是編譯器問(wèn)題
It’s a Translator issue.

For instance let’s consider the error.

這里我們有個(gè)日立ARM硬盤(pán)有這樣的問(wèn)題。
Here we have Hitachi ARM drive with such problem.

我們接通電源，但在實(shí)用程序中無(wú)法識(shí)別驅(qū)動(dòng)器：
We switch on power supply, but drive can’t be recognized in utility:

需要強(qiáng)制啟動(dòng)實(shí)用程序，選擇一個(gè)家族并勾選“Tech key detection”功能：
Need to forced launch utility, choose a family and mark “Tech key detection” feature:

正如我們可以看到的tech key已被找到：
As we can see tech key has been recognized:

重新讀取驅(qū)動(dòng)器并檢查SA：
Re-read Drive and and check SA access:

下一步 – 需要檢查SA的所有模塊，找到損壞的重要模塊，并嘗試修復(fù)它。
Next step – need to check all modules of SA, find damaged important modules and try to fix it.

在我們的例子中，我們?cè)?em>Copy0上損壞了PSHT和RDMT模塊。
In our case we have damaged PSHT and RDMT modules at Copy0.

因?yàn)轵?qū)動(dòng)器不能讀取很大一部分的用戶區(qū)域：
as result drive can’t to read a big part of users area:

PSHT – 編輯器模塊
PSHT – it’s translator module

RDMT – G-list 模塊
RDMT – G-list module

Bassicaly drive have this behavior if haven’t this modules inside RAM.
Check this two modules in RAM:
Tools -> Utility extencions -> Service information objects.
轉(zhuǎn)到“RAM / NV-RAM”選項(xiàng)卡，選擇“RAM”，然后雙擊打開(kāi)PSHT和RDMT模塊。
Go to “RAM/NV-RAM” tab, choose “RAM” and perform double-click at PSHT and then at RDMT modules.

能你會(huì)看到空的窗口，或者RAM中的這個(gè)模塊將不一樣，就像在SA表中一樣。
Likely you will see empty window, or this modules in RAM will be not same as like in SA table.
從5.6版本的實(shí)用程序?可用選項(xiàng)手動(dòng)加載PSHT和RDMT模塊 – 它在“HDD Translator initialization in RAM”。
From 5.6 release of utility available option for loading a PSHT and RDMT modules manually – it’s “HDD Translator initialization in RAM”.

您將看到帶有參數(shù)的彈出窗口。
You will see pop-up window with parameters.
如果您只有PSHT模塊有問(wèn)題 – 需要標(biāo)記PSHT。
If you have problem only with PSHT module – need to mark PSHT.
如果您沒(méi)有正確的驅(qū)動(dòng)器ID需要標(biāo)記RDMT。
If you haven’t correct drive ID need to mark RDMT too.
如果通過(guò)Copy0有一個(gè)好的模塊，可以直接從驅(qū)動(dòng)器加載這個(gè)模塊。
You can load this modules directly from drive if you have a good modules via Copy0.
如果copy0模塊損壞 – 需要標(biāo)記“從文件上傳”功能，并從配置文件文件夾中選擇模塊。
If copy0 modules are damaged – need to mark “Upload from file” feature and choose modules from a profile folder.
然后按OK。
Then press OK.
在我們的例子中，兩個(gè)模塊都有問(wèn)題：
In our case we have problem with both modules:

您可以在“日志”選項(xiàng)卡中看到此進(jìn)程的進(jìn)度。
Progress of this process you can see in Log tab.
然后進(jìn)程會(huì)完成，你看到“完成”消息。
Then process will be done you shold see “Completed” message.

現(xiàn)在檢查請(qǐng)?jiān)L問(wèn)用戶區(qū)。
Now check please access to users area.
所有扇區(qū)能正常訪問(wèn)。
All sectors must be available.
并且您可以在DataExtractor實(shí)用程序中創(chuàng)建任務(wù)。
And you can create task in DataExtractor utility.
請(qǐng)注意，這些模塊裝載在RAM中，并且在重新啟動(dòng)電源（或硬復(fù)位）之后，它將被重置，并且需要重新進(jìn)行翻譯器初始化過(guò)程。
Pay attention, that this modules are loaded in RAM and after re-turning power supply (or Hard reset)?it will reseted and need to repeat Translator initialization procedure again.

But what about the Data Extractor??但是數(shù)據(jù)提取器呢？

當(dāng)驅(qū)動(dòng)器硬復(fù)位或讀取扇區(qū)的錯(cuò)誤時(shí)，RAM被清除，需要再次執(zhí)行翻譯器初始化步驟。
When drive loss of readiness or get an error of reading sectors the RAM is cleared and need to perform Translator initialization steps again..

我們建議在DE任務(wù)中進(jìn)行編譯器設(shè)置。
We are advice to he translation settings in DE task.
Open the “Settings” window, go to Error handing tab and mark “Active utility actions” option.
Then use a right mouse click on pop-up window and select rhe same option like on image:

After this set the same location from PSHT (and RDMT) module like in Hitachi utility.
Then go to “Loss of readiness” tab and perform the same steps for “Active utility actions” option in this tab.

That’s all.

現(xiàn)在，DataExtractor將在每次驅(qū)動(dòng)器可能丟失讀取數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)將加載PSHT和RDMT模塊。
Now DataExtractor will load PSHT and RDMT modules each time when drive will lost reading possibility.
